To report content that infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice including: identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and your signature (physical or electronic).

8.Response Time Expectations

We aim to acknowledge most inquiries within 1–3 business days. Privacy and data-subject requests are handled within the timeframes required by applicable law (for example, generally within 30 days under the GDPR and 45 days under the CCPA/CPRA, with extensions where permitted). Urgent safety issues are prioritized.

Does WeRentr. handle rentals or rent payments?

No. WeRentr. is a reviews, ratings, discovery, and community platform. We do not facilitate rental transactions, collect rent, or act as a broker, agent, landlord, or property manager.

How do I request a copy or deletion of my data?

Email privacy@werentr.com or dpo@werentr.com. We may verify your identity before fulfilling the request, and we respond within the timeframe required by your local law.

How do I report a fake review or abusive content?

Use the in-product report tools or email abuse@werentr.com. See our Community Guidelines for what we prohibit.

My review or account was removed. Can I appeal?

Yes. Email appeals@werentr.com with details, and we’ll review eligible appeals as described in the Community Guidelines.
